My aim with every client is to help them achieve lasting change. We will build the necessary psychological skills that will help you overcome your current difficulties and which you can take forward into the rest of your life. More Than Just Talking

Our work together will help you make changes on the outside and on the inside. You will build the flexibility to handle your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations more effectively on the inside, so that you can be far more effective with what you do on the outside. We will connect the two, so that you can see how many of the ways we try to control our inner experience (our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings) can hold us back from living in the ways we want to. And, most importantly, you will learn how to change the way you approach your thoughts and feelings, through practical proven skills, so they no longer get in the way of the life you want to be living.
We will agree our plan of action, which will included in between session work, designed to help you get the best results in the shortest time. Therapy can be different lengths for different people, depending on what they want to achieve, and the difficulties they are facing, but the aim of our work together is always to equip you with the skills you need as quickly as possible rather than to keep you in therapy for longer than is necessary.

Fees: All sessions are 60 minutes in duration and charged at £95
