Clinical Consultation & Training.

For Professionals, Clinicians, and Teams

I offer specialist supervision and training for clinicians, coaches, and organisational teams working with trauma, identity, and psychological complexity.

My approach is grounded in contextual behavioural science (ACT), trauma-informed care, and moral psychology—with over 15 years’ experience across the NHS, military mental health, and private consulting.

It’s focused, values-based support for people working at depth with others—and wanting to do so with greater clarity, flexibility, and psychological integrity.

Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for professionals working with:

  • Trauma, moral injury, and complex presentations

  • Veterans and public sector clients (military, police, NHS, etc.)

  • CBT, ACT, and contextual behavioural approaches

Group Supervision is also available
Small groups of professionals focused on ACT & contextual behavioural approaches.

CPD Workshops for Psychological Professionals

I deliver bespoke and scheduled CPD workshops on topics including:

  • ACT for Moral Injury

  • Working with Trauma and Ethical Strain in Leadership

  • Using Functional Contextualism to Navigate Complex Presentations

These are highly experiential, research-informed, and focused on practical integration.

Workshops can be delivered online, in person, or commissioned in-house.

In-House Training for Teams (ACT In The Workplace)

I work with services, charities, and leadership teams to provide tailored training on ACT, psychological flexibility, performance, burnout, trauma, moral injury, and wellbeing.

These are not generic wellbeing sessions. They’re evidence-based, psychologically rich interventions designed to improve care, communication, and clinical integrity under pressure.

If your team is facing high emotional load, complex decisions, or systemic burnout, get in touch.
