Online Psychotherapy

Online Psychotherapy (UK-wide)

Structured, evidence-based therapy via secure video

I offer online psychotherapy across the UK. Clear, out-come focused work, to reduce distress, and help you do more of what matters in your work, relationships, and personal life.

Focused, evidence-based therapy for people who want more than “just talking.” Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches - including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) - we’ll agree your goals and define what “better” looks like for you, target the patterns that keep you stuck, and build skills you can use between sessions to keep you moving forward.

Appointments are 60 minutes via secure video. Fee: £125.

On this website you will find pages describing treatment options for specific problems however, as an experienced clinician, I am aware that many people's difficulties do not fit neatly in specific diagnostic labels.  Many people struggle with difficulties that share elements of more than one diagnosis, or none at all.  This is both common and normal and it is why all our work together is always based on a thorough and evidence-based assessment. This allows us to map the specifics of your unique difficulties and to identify suitable interventions to address them effectively by targeting the underlying processes & mechanisms that maintain your difficulties, rather than relying on generic interventions, forcing you into rigid protocols that do not account for your individual circumstances, or targeting surface level symptoms alone

What you’ll get

  • High quality, evidence-based, psychological therapy,

  • A clear formulation of why the problem and how it is being maintained

  • A plan to move you towards your goals and skills to help you get there.

  • Progress tracking & regular reviews to ensure we stay on track

What therapy with me costs

Sessions are £125 for 60 minutes. That’s above average, and here’s why.

Some therapy offers a space to talk and reflect, but little else.

I offer focused, evidence-informed therapy, tailored to your specific circumstances, that actively helps you move forward. That includes:

  • A thorough evidence-based assessment

  • A formulation based approach that tailors research-supported interventions to your unique circumstances.

  • A focused approach aimed at achieving your goals - not just talking for talking's sake.

  • Targeted strategies between sessions to takes success in therapy room into your day to day life for maximum effect.

  • A focus on producing, measurable, meaningful, and sustainable, change

In short:

I charge more because I do more.

And my aim is always to help you reach your goals as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
